The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen with largely unused appliances, a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom and thus offers space for 3 people. On prior request, a 4th guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. Further amenities include fans.

As the train station is only a 15-minute walk (1.2 km) away, the city of Constance can be easily reached by train in 32 minutes. From Radolfzell it is approx. 25 minutes (23 km) by car. The owner of the house runs the restaurant “im Anglerheim” 2.9 km (7 minutes by car) from the apartment and is always happy to welcome guests to the apartment for lunch or dinner.
