The unit was recently renovated (updated) including new Kitchen, flooring, carpet, and furniture. It is chic and comfortable, with amazing ocean, city, and bay views. The primary living area includes bamboo flooring, sectional leather sofa, wide-screen Smart Ultra-HDTV. Newly carpeted BR's and newly furnished. The place is gorgeous.

Summary: Sandpiper Dunes is centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and activities. Having an electric key pad on the door was very helpful, no keys to worry about. This 8th floor unit was beautiful and offered delightful views of the beach, the bay, the moon, and the many campfires on the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool after a day on the beach. The "unload" parking spaces located near the luggage carts and access ramp made it very easy to check-in and out. The building is large, but the 3 elevators made coming and going to the condo easy. The trash chute was a welcomed surprise. The ice maker on the counter was appreciated. We were happy to see that the kitchen was very well stocked with lots of pots and pans, since we cook breakfasts and dinners most days. Hopefully we will be able to return again next July.
