This spacious and newly renovated four bedroom three bath oceanfront condominium at the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort is located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach. This fifth floor unit boasts a large living room with a 60' 4K HDTV, a DVD/VCR combo, a new leather sofa and loveseat, new ceramic tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring, new stainless steel appliances, new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new pillowtop bedding in every bedroom, wall-mounted 40" HDTVs in every bedroom, a large 25 foot oceanfront balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and convenient HE washer/dryer. Located on the fifth floor, you can park your car in the covered parking garage and walk directly to your unit without having to wait for an elevator!
This newly renovated unit includes a master bedroom with a king bed, private bath, 40" wall mounted HDTV with DVD player, and sliding door opening onto the large, oceanfront 25 foot balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and a wall mounted 40" HDTV with DVD player. The third bedroom is furnished with two double beds and a wall mounted 40" HDTV. A second full bath is conveniently located with easy access from both the second and third bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, a wall mounted 40" HDTV, a private full bath and a private balcony.
Grand Atlantic is a great resort for year round vacationing. The resort's amenities include a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool, 170 foot indoor heated lazy river with rafts, a large indoor hot tub, and an indoor heated kiddie pool. Outside, the resort boasts a 65' outdoor pool and another kiddie pool with mushroom waterfalls. Chaise lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunning! The resort also offers a mini mart, an excellent grill and ice cream shop named "Scooby's, an arcade for the kids and a fitness center.

Summary: The condo was perfect for our family of 12. The four bedrooms were exceptionally wonderful. Very comfortable place to stay at the beach. We really enjoyed the balcony. Large enough for us all to be out there. We would definetly stay here again if it would be available. Our first and top choice.
