About Latitude Adjustment
The living space colors are serene and neutral and comfort is the standard. Wall-to-wall windows flood the space with natural light and offers water views from almost every room.
With three bedrooms and 2 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite and marsh views.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed with gorgeous sound views and the third bedroom has two twin beds. These two bedrooms share the large hall bath. Twelve inch Memory-foam mattresses are featured in each of the three beds.
In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no feathers, down, or carpeting in our home.
The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a front porch offering views of the sound. Underneath the home is a large covered area for multiple cars or can be used as a hang out to get out of the sun. Underneath features a hammock, picnic table for those fun family meals and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun filled day at the beach.
Getting to Know Topsail Beach
Conveniently located to many of the area’s natural amenities, you’re literally a three minute walk to to the ocean and the end of the street has access to the sound if you want to swim or drop in a kayak. There are multiple restaurants, ice cream shops and shopping just a short walk or bike ride away.
