Summary: A gem in Roseland! Nicely redone and updated house 30 minute walk to ND Stadium. Blake’s place has everything you need for a group stay (our group ended up being 7 and we were all comfortable). Very convenient access and easy to get to- Perkins, Bob Evans, gas station for pregaming supplies within very close walking distance. Thought it might be a little noisy given proximity to main road , but honestly didn’t hear it. Clean place, comfortable beds, very nice patio and eating area out back. I cooked a big meal on fire disc out there and we all ate at the table. Blake stocked the fridge with breakfast items, which was very nice touch. Given cost of hotels in area for gameday, this was a fantastic option. Blake also very responsive and allowed a couple accommodations (of course requested them well in advance). Thanks Blake, we will be back!
