Summary: The home is lovely and it fit our needs but for the price we paid it should have been maintained better. Screens were off the tracks, the ice maker didn't work and the lights didn't work well. These were easy fixes and should have been done before we arrived. Communication about the electricity issues would have been a good idea. We've traveled a lot and understand the load issues but managing expecations would have been a good idea. St John was wonderful but we'd probably stay somewhere with beach access and a sunset view next time.
