This bright and sunny, first floor, open entry way Villamare condo is freshly remodeled and ready to become your beach paradise. This home features luxury plank flooring and tile throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have new cabinetry and beautiful granite counter tops. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a new washer and dryer set. The living area has a new comfortable queen size sleeper sofa and ample seating for the whole family. The dining room table seats six and there is seating for two at the kitchen counter. There is a new flat screen TV and DVD player in the family room with premium cable with 200+ channels as well as free high speed internet.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private en-suite including a walk in shower and double granite sinks. The balcony off the living room is also connected to the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a bathroom with a tub/shower, and a private balcony. Both bedrooms have new flat screen TVs.
It is easy access to the beach, large oceanfront pool and heated Jacuzzi from this first floor villa. No need for the elevator! There is also an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and exercise room exclusively for Villamare guests. Villamare complex is located in the heart of prestigious Palmetto Dunes, voted America’s #1 Family Resort according to Travel and Leisure Family.
