This warm and cozy condo has so much to offer, with all of the world class amenities and hotel style accommodations!
CONDO DESCRIPTION
The condo is a large one-bedroom ski-in/ski-out condo located right at the base of Peak 9. The condo has been recently remodeled with a modern cabin/mountain feel with all new furniture and appliances. It is Equipped with all the wonderful amenities. After a long day exploring the summit cuddle up next to the wood fireplace and watch your favorite show on our 65” smart TV. Enjoy a gourmet meal in our fully-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need including new high end cookware, utensils and appliances. You can enjoy your meal at the dining table or the coffee table rises to make an additional eating area. Store your skis in your own ski locker right when you come off the slopes, so they’re out of the way. You will find many other amenities such as: free WIFI, 2 flat screen TV’s, blender, crockpot, Keurig and regular coffee maker, all new dishes and appliances, hair dryer, toiletries, board games and other items you won’t find in other units.
The Condo’s master bedroom has two new queen size beds and a dresser with a flat screen TV. The living room has a new queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress. There is room for 6 people to sleep in the unit. The private patio can be accessed from the living room to soak in the winter or summer views!
The resort has many amazing amenities that you will have access to including two pools, six hot tubs, arcade, mini-golf, tennis court, fitness center, sauna, steam room, ski locker, garage parking, free shuttle, market, business center, spa and laundry facility.
THE LOCATION
One of the best features of this condo is the location. Located at the Beaver Run Resort, right out the backdoor is the Beaver Run chair lift and the base of peak 9! There is ski lessons, lift ticket offices, rental companies, food and fun right on site. Also enjoy Main Street, which is only a few blocks away and is well known for its true mountain charm. In the summer months, take the Gondola to the Breckenridge Fun Park and enjoy the maze, Alpine Slide, trampolines and more. The nearby towns of Frisco and Dillon both have marinas for summer boating. From the condo there’s a free shuttle that can cart you to the town of Breckenridge or other Summit County locations. You will find countless options for dining and shopping in downtown Breckenridge! Whether you are here to ski the world renowned ski slopes, hike, or simply relax and take in the crisp mountain air, this is the place to stay! Garage parking is charged nightly by Beaver Run. One car is allowed for $10 per night (non ski season) and $36 per night (ski season).
