This 4th Floor, beautifully decorated open floor plan 2 bedroom / 2 full-bath Villamare Villas Unit 2415 was freshly painted throughout with all new deluxe furniture with beach décor added in 2021. All new ceramic tile flooring for entire condo in 2022. All new kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanities, remodeled tile showers and kitchen appliances added for 2023. Three beds sleeps six (6) people comfortably, plus sleeper sofa. Features quartz countertops, tile flooring in kitchen and dining area, stainless steel appliances and full-size washer/dryer in the unit. Two private balconies overlooking the fountain area with ocean water views. The living area features 55" smart TV with built-in access to streaming channels, and access to one of the private balconies. Two barstools can be found at the kitchen bar, and there is a dining table with four chairs. The master suite features a king size bed with a comfortable mattress and deluxe bedding with storage drawers underneath. There is also a wall-mounted flat screen TV in each bedroom with a DVD player in the guest bedroom, room darkening curtains, two office desks, and plenty of dresser space. Both bathrooms feature a vanities with a quartz countertop. The guest bedroom suite has two queen size beds and a private bathroom with a new tiled shower. Both bedrooms and the living area have ceiling to floor windows for great views.
Condominium Grounds/Amenities
The Villamare Villas complex grounds are beautifully landscaped with several working fountains, palmetto palms, walking paths with seating and viewing areas, and located between the ocean front beach and the lagoon, creating a tropical feel in the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Enjoy extensive sun decking around the heated (heated Spring & Fall only) oceanfront pool as well as a covered gazebo with bathrooms and hot tub. NEW for 2024 - totally renovated family pool and deck area with hot tub, including the addition of a NEW SERENITY POOL & HOT TUB AREA. A private boardwalk with outside shower leads to the beach. There is also a separate community picnic deck with grills, tables, benches, and swings. The only condo complex in Palmetto Dunes with a fabulous separate fitness building with indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and exercise equipment. The Villas are a short five minute or less walk to the heart of the resort including several restaurants, three championship golf courses, tennis and Pickleball courts, general store, bike & kayak rental, and the Palmetto Dunes 11 mile lagoon. Your visit comes with two hours of free tennis/pickleball access each day (reservations required), reduced rates for golf, and discounts for bike, kayak & canoe rentals.
