This newly renovated home with open concept kitchen, living room and dinning area is located less than a mile from South Shore/Goosewing beach and a mile from the Briggs Beach gate. Brand new kitchen appliances and dining space for 6 indoors and out. Refinished hardwood floors throughout the main level. Main floor living room opens to large deck space and side porch with seating area for your morning coffee and grill for your evening meals. Separate living area tv/play room downstairs. This is a great neighborhood for kids to ride the bikes they will find in the garage along with a ping pong table and basketball hoop in the drive. Don't hassle with packing beach chairs, umbrella, toys or towels as they are included with the house. All bed linens and towels included as well. Dedicated laundry room with newer washer and dryer. Outdoor shower located in the backyard. The house comes equipped with central air and a whole house back up generator system. Private yard and gardens on a quiet dirt road make this home feel very secluded. Listen to the ocean waves roll at night from the spacious outdoor deck. Walk or ride your bike to pick up provisions at Wishing Stone Farm or down to the beach. Rewind and relax in LC!
