This newly remodeled "Key West" styled cottage has it all, comfortable sleeping quarters, a wonderful back deck, and an idyllic, private location! Originally built in the 1920s, the cottage has a colorful history as an art gallery. Popular New Smyrna Beach attractions like Riverside Park, Canal Street, Flager Street, and Smyrna Dunes Park are all a stone's throw away. Neighboring Daytona and its popular beaches, shops, and restaurants are also within quick driving distance.
Showcasing the perfect mix of vintage charm and modern convenience, Canal Street Alchemy III provides peaceful living quarters for your entire family. The open living room boasts plush seating and a large smart TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. When you'd prefer to cook alfresco, a Weber gas grill is available on the deck.
The bedrooms offer restful sleeping quarters with their brand-new foam mattresses and cotton bedding. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer tie together the cottage's marvelous interior amenities.
