Your furry friends are welcome upon approval. You're welcome to bring up to 2 dogs with you during your stay, provided that they are well-behaved, do not cause any damage such as chewing or scratching, and each weighs 50 lbs or less.
Please note that a PET ADDENDUM must be completed prior to your arrival. Don't hesitate to request information about our pet addendum policy before confirming your booking. This addendum will outline all the rules and regulations surrounding pet ownership on the property, including any associated fees ($50/per night for the First pet and $25/per night for the Second pet - CAP $250 for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets).

PLEASE NOTE: The house has 3 levels, and you need to take stairs to get to main floor and to the loft.
First floor: you enter into the game room via a smart lock passcode which we will share on the day of check-in. The game room has something to offer for all age group: shuffleboard, foosball table, poker table, dart board, gaming console with over 6000 games. The game room also has a mini fridge. Washer and dryer is located in game room closet. On the second half of first floor is a walk out basement converted to a lounge/movie theater with pull-out couch, bean bags, smart TV. There is a meditation nook in the back of the room to stretch, workout and connect to your breath. Full bath located on this floor.
Take stairs to the main floor, which has a large open living room, dining room and kitchen. There is second smart TV located on this floor. The kitchen is fully equipped to make tasty meals, or bake. We love our coffee and offer the best coffee maker brand to wake you up in the morning as you soak sun through floor to ceiling windows. There are two bedrooms on this floor: one with king bed and other with queen.
Take another flight of stairs to the loft which we craftily designed for kids with decals on the walls and roof of wildlife. There is a reading nook with books to enjoy and some kids toys. Your dedicated work desk is in the loft facing the outdoors.
Lastly, please note that:
No events allowed
Guests are authorized to use the property via reservation only. NO Overnight guests allowed. NO PARTIES or large gatherings outside the pre-approved number of guests.
No smoking allowed
NO SMOKING OR VAPING ($300 violation fine applied to cleaning fee). If there is any tobacco OR cannabis smell on the property after your departure, you will be charged an additional smoke remediation cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
Parking Included
The driveway can hold up to 4 cars. Please be aware that parking on the street or in the yard is not permitted.
