Welcome to the beautiful remodeled "HOUSE OF BLUES" apartment unit with water views! We strive to be the best! Premier Partner over 8 years! The unit features a full kitchen with an island and wine refrigerator, granite countertops and "retro" refrigerator that work perfectly in the space with custom blue cabinets. There is a 43 inch Fire TV and a convertible sofa pulls out to a queen for extra room if desired. The full bath has a custom tiled shower and shiplap accent wall with a modern vanity. The unit features luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The spacious bedroom provides a relaxing sanctuary with a queen size bed and a patio door that leads out to the private 16 x 10 foot deck with water views! Perfect for relaxing after a day on the boat or enjoying cocktails while watching the spectacular sunsets! The oversized garage has a new full size washer and dryer. There are also bikes are available for our guests! Take in the peaceful surroundings with herons, egrets and even an occasional deer passing through! Enjoy morning coffee or relax after a day on the bay in the courtyard with sitting area! Linens and towels are provided. Convenient location close to Wellington Beach and Janes Island State Park with the City Dock/Main Street and Somers Marina only a few minutes away!
