Located in University Hills, this classic ranch style home has modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. Located on a quaint residential street within walking distance to coffee shops, 2 grocery stores, and restaurants. A 5 minute drive to Denver University, Highline Canal Trail access, and 1-25. Only 19 miles/around 30 mins (non-peak traffic times) from DIA and 15 minutes to downtown. Very friendly neighbors also!
The space
Digital door code access, Nest temperature controls, all new floors, paint, trim, lighting (all on dimmers : ), luxurious bedding and a large fenced back yard. Bright kitchen area with new appliances, gas stovetop, double ovens and filtered water to cook at home. Two nice sized bedrooms with king beds and closets and two full bathrooms. (one that is brand new on suite with a double vanity and modern shower) Dedicated yoga room, high speed WiFi throughout, desk area, dining nook, front and back seating (and a hammock and lounge chairs) for the warmer months. Decorated with a modern boho vibe by the interior designer owner.

Digital door codes are sent 2 days before arrival. You will be welcomed by Oscar the flying pig.
Other things to note:
Sliding door and dog door in the middle back room to the back yard. I am a dog lover through and through but pretty please follow pet instructions which include cover the sofa and beds with sheets and pet blankets provided. Pet fee is $25 per dog/ night for extra cleaning. Please take off your shoes on entry and make yourself at home. Owner lives nearby if you need anything but likes to make sure you have total privacy too! (no cats allowed due to family allergies, sorry)

Summary: What a great house in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and parks for an evening run or walk. Our host was attentive in checking in with us to be sure we understood how different home features operated. The photos and description of the home were spot on for what to expect. The home was clean, had modern updates and the amenities in the kitchen were very much appreciated for the few meals we ate at home.
