1 Bedroom Condo in Orange Beach East, Orange Beach

Beautiful 1 bedroom (with king bed), 1.5 bath ground floor condo. Also, has two sleeper sofas to accommodate children or other guests (will sleep 6). Fully stocked kitchen for cooking in, but also within walking distance to some great restaurants. We have a washer and dryer in the condo so that you can wash clothes if you'd like. There are so many amenities to enjoy at the condo such as indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, racquetball court (basketball goal in racquetball court area) and fitness room. Of course, you also have a beautiful view of the water from the condo and you are within just steps of being on the sandy beach. The unit is located on the ground floor right between the swimming pool and tennis courts so there is a grassy area that your children can also play in. Within steps of the patio is the BBQ pits that are located right next to the pool. If you choose to sit outside by the pool and grills to eat there are several tables to do so. We think you'll definitely enjoy the convenience of this condo with being close to stores, restaurants, night life and of course being on the beach! Also, enjoy all the many events next door at the Flora-bama!

** NO SMOKING. There is a $250 fine if you are smoking in non smoking areas. The only place you are allowed to smoke is in the designated area in parking garage. Please respect the building and our neighbors by obeying this rule
