New furniture, appliances, custom decorating, flooring, bathroom, etc. await you in an exceptionally clean, beautiful first floor condominium is located only a block and half from the beach. This large, luxurious, smoke-free, pet-free condominium is the place to be for all your vacation activities.
You enter into a beautifully and tastefully decorated 'great room' living area that allows for the whole family to gather. This room has a sofa, love seat with twin bed and a recliner. It also has a 50” LED smart enabled flat screen TV. There is a kitchen island and full size table in the dining room allowing for your entire family to comfortably eat, drink and relax together. The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances and many other conveniences that a gourmet chef could want.
Tons of sunshine with the right amount of shade are found on the front and rear decks that are perfect for outdoor entertaining or just relaxing with a good book. There is large deck off the great room for enjoying quiet morning coffee, afternoon sun or evening cocktails. The front deck has a large table and chairs. The deck on the back of the house is accessed from the master and 2nd bedrooms offers comfortable lounge furniture. These are just one of the features that await you at this great vacation home at the Jersey shore.
There are four bedrooms located off the great room, up three steps and toward the back of the house. This layout helps reduce the noise from the great room for anyone who would like to retire early or get up early without disturbing others.
The master bedroom has a king bed and full size bathroom with two sinks, jetted tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd (one twin bed and one double bed) and 4th (twin over double bunk beds and a twin bed) bedrooms are down the hall. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom has hallway access and a sink, shower and bath tub. Including the twin sofa bed in the great room, the house comfortably sleeps 10 people.
There is off street parking for 2 vehicles including one parking spot in the garage. There is also a storage area in the garage for your bikes or beach chairs. There is an outdoor shower for easy clean off after a long day at the beach.
In order to make your vacation enjoyable and stress free we have several other amenities included: High Speed Internet Access, central air conditioning and a new washer and dryer (both are high efficiency).
This condominium is close to the beach, trolley stop to hit the boards, restaurants and shopping that will make for a great week or more of fun and relaxation and help create wonderful family memories.
