Villa Sans Yildizi (meaning “Lucky Star”) is a lovely two bedroom villa in the Kisla area of Kalkan. Offering stunning, uninterrupted sea views across the beautiful Kalkan bay and located just a couple of minutes’ walk to two nearby beachclubs, the villa has featured in 'The Times 20 Best Seaside Villas in Europe'.
The villa opens onto a sizeable terrace with an infinity pool overlooking the sea and offset by the vivid purple bougainvillea. With a sunlounger area, table and chairs, barbeque and even an outdoor fridge, your can spend many idyllic hours looking out on the bay and watching the boats sailing from Kalkan harbour.
Inside, the villa offers the same wonderful views from both bedrooms and the living room. Bedroom 1 features a brand new double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. Bedroom 2 is a twin bed, also with an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, the villa has a brand new kitchen (including washing machine and dish washer) and a comfortable living room with brand new furniture (sofa plus two armchairs) and a flatscreen TV featuring international channels, including coverage of English Premier League games during the season. Wireless internet is available throughout while both bedrooms and the living room are fitted with modern air-conditioning units. There is also a new water cooler and delivery of additional water barrels can be arranged.
For dining and entertainment, the villa is within short walking distance of several restaurants. Kalkan town, with its huge selection of quality restaurants and bars and shops, is only 25 minutes’ walk although you may find it more convenient simply to take the short and very reasonably-priced taxi ride or one of the water taxis leaving regularly from Kisla beach club throughout the main holiday season.
For food shopping, as an alternative to the supermarkets in Kalkan town, there is a mini-market 5 minutes walk away which also does deliveries.
