This is a newly listed beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom plus loft area cabin that has everything you need to enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation away from it all.
When you arrive, you will immediately see the large front deck where you know you will be enjoying an evening of quiet while enjoying the view of the lake. Walk up the steps and enter the main living area. Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen which has everything you need to make your favorite dishes - nothing tastes better than a home cooked meal shared with friends and family. Plus, the adjacent deck has a gas grill when you want to host an afternoon barbeque while enjoying nature's beauty. Adjoining the kitchen is the living room with a gas fireplace and dining room. Walk down the hall and find a full bathroom and 2 (two) bedrooms.
What’s up the stairs? Head on up and find an open loft area with plenty of sleeping space for the kids—oh and a full bath!
Now that you’ve seen the rest of the house head on down to the fully finished basement. Here you have a relaxing entertainment area with a tv, couch and small bar area that also opens to the yard. On the other side of the steps is bedroom number 3 and another full bathroom. You will also find the laundry room and a supply closet. The closet has items for your use such as lifejackets when you are ready to head to the lake.
Speaking of! This house is just a short walk through the woods to the lake and there is a nice secluded area to enjoy with family and friends or take some much needed you time and enjoy the sounds of nature.
While staying at Porch Paradise you will have access to the amenities offered at the resort such as the heated indoor pool, fitness center and restaurant. Want to be outside in nature? Alpine has you covered with hiking and biking trails, a stocked lake for fishing, a beach area, kayaks and canoes, basketball court, 18-hole golf course, mini golf, and more. This home is located minutes away from several state parks, cross country ski trails, and is within close proximity to the Wisp Resort and Canaan Valley area. Enjoy all the activities that this area has to offer including whitewater rafting and downhill skiing. You won't want to miss the waterfalls at Swallow Falls State Park or the beauty of the Cranesville Swamp. The town of Oakland is located within 10 minutes and features several restaurants and a quaint downtown shopping area.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
The cabin is pet friendly. Alpine Lake Vacations must be made aware of any pets before arrival and the pet fee ($100 per pet) must be paid. If pets are not reported to us and found during your stay you will be charged a $500.00 penalty fee. Pet weight limit is 50lbs.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
Supplies - please note the property only comes equipped with linens, wash clothes, towels and dishes. All other supplies including; dish soap, sponge, shampoo, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper are NOT provided. The guest will need to supply their own during the entire stay.
