Positive: Great location in a quiet residential street and very close to the sky train station.
Negative: Apartment required some upgrading in particular grouting of floor tiles and part of the shower unit needed serious attention as it was quite grotty. There was also a problem with condensation on all the windows which led to water pooling and mould.
Summary: The hosts were super friendly and very attentive to our needs however the condition of the apartment was disappointing.
