This place is great for sleeping up to 4 guests as we have two queen size beds in each room. It's the perfect stop before heading back to the mainland or stopping by before your next adventure exploring Vancouver Island.
The Space:
The space is a 2 bedroom, 1 full washroom suite that sleeps up to 4 people. It's a the perfect get away for family or friends and the perfect stop before or after going to the main land or to explore the rest of the island. Enjoy the patio view while sipping on a drink watching the ocean sunset. Walk along the seawall and enjoy the local cafes and culinary choices.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and includes and insuite laundry machine.
Its the perfect getaway!
Guest Access:
All guests have exclusive access to the whole property. The lot is large enough to have privacy from the neighbors. Each new guest will have an 'unique' access code to enter the house.
The Neighborhood:
We are situated 3 minutes from downtown Nanaimo and the Old City Quarter, 5 minutes from Departure Bay Ferry Terminal. 7 minutes from the Nanaimo Golf Club. 1-minute walk to the seawall. Nanaimo is a city and ferry port on the east coast of Vancouver Island, in British Columbia, Canada. At its heart, the Nanaimo Museum displays exhibits on the city’s industries and indigenous peoples. Near the Harbourfront Walkway, the Bastion is an 1853 wooden tower with cannon firings in summer. Shops and cafes fill the Old City Quarter. Offshore, on Newcastle Island, trails lead to beaches and First Nations sites.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is available along with taxi and a bus stop 5 minutes away.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. All guests must comply with the Property's House Rules in the entire duration of stay:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No very loud noise
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
Extra Service information details:
1. Early Check-In:
Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.
2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
