With two levels, this newly built townhome features 2,650 square feet with three bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms to sleep up to eight guests in comfort.
You'll enter the home's front door stepping into a welcoming foyer. A few more steps and you will be in the main level great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area—all with surrounding views.
Living Room: The space features a large sectional, a Smart TV, and an inviting gas fireplace. You'll enjoy golf course views from the many surrounding windows. The entire home is equipped with floor-to-ceiling automatic window shades.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen features high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range, and a Subzero refrigerator. You'll love the large waterfall island offering seating for four.
Dining Area: The separate dining area has a table and seating for eight.
