Villa Rupena is a newly built comfortable house with swimming pool located in a quiet residential area of Buzet in central Istria. The house is situated 39 km from the sea and it has a well maintained garden near which is a beautiful green wood. The house was built and furnished in 2009 and is equipped with air-conditioning and high quality furniture. The guests of the villa have on their disposal an outdoor swimming pool of 24 sqm, spacious covered terrace with sitting set, partially enclosed garden with maintained lawn of approximately 1000 sqm, barbecue, private parking and a garage for two cars.
Villa for 6-7 persons with a total living area of 137 sqm. At the ground floor there is a beautiful living space with a kitchen, dining table, sitting area and fireplace. On the first floor (mezzanine), there are three double bedrooms with double beds, of which two with shared terrace, bathroom/toilet. In the attic there is a children's playroom with a single bed for a child up to 10 years. At the ground floor of the house there is one more shower/toilet and a garage which can be accessed from the house.
