Relax with the whole family on beautiful Chemong Lake. This newly built, spacious waterfront property is close to all amenities and only 1.5 hours from Toronto. Enjoy the Three Lakes and the Trent Severn water system off the dock with great fishing and swimming. New,Clean, open concept with 6 spacious bedrooms, large kitchen with 13 foot island, heated pool and hot tub with gorgeous views of the quiet Bay, with ample dockage, waterslide, 2 kids and 2 adult kayaks a lilly pad and 2 paddle boards.
Main floor has 1 bedroom, powder room, fully equipped, open concept kitchen, living and dining room with a large deck and walkout to a gorgeous patio with inground heated pool and hot tub. Second floor has 5 bedrooms, laundry room, full bathroom and great room, with TV and bumper pool table. We are located on a very quiet road with private waterfront. Best suited for families, no parties and quiet after 10pm.
