Spacious Accommodations: With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the cottage comfortably accommodates six guests. Enjoy restful nights and wake up to the sounds of the waves gently lapping against the shore. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the other bedrooms have a double bed and a queen bed. Each bedroom is equipped with clothing storage. Bedding and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels!
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The well-appointed kitchen features all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. From morning coffee to gourmet dinners, you'll find everything you need. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included, such as a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, cutlery, utensils, and BBQ tools.

Water Adventures: As our valued guests, you'll have exclusive access to the breathtaking Grandview Beach, a semi-private oasis in Port McNicoll and only steps from the cottage. Grandview Beach offers a large sandy beach, picnic tables, a playground and various water activities, from swimming and kayaking to paddle boarding and fishing. Launch your watercraft from the local public docks and explore the bay's hidden treasures. There is also a canoe and a kayak available for guests to use in the summer.
Scenic Exploration: Lace up your hiking or cycling boots and explore the scenic trails nearby, offering panoramic sights of Georgian Bay's rugged beauty. In the winter, bring your snowmobile or ice fishing gear and access the frozen lake directly in front of the cottage.

Parking for 3 cars in the driveway. There is an outdoor electrical outlet right beside the driveway in case you need to charge your electric vehicle. A BBQ to cook your favourite meals. Access to Grandview Beach is directly in front of the house where you will find a nice sandy beach, beautiful water, picnic tables and a children's playground.

The open concept living room is filled with an abundance of natural light. Sink into the cozy couch and enjoy a movie night or play your favourite board game. The upper living area provides exceptional views of Georgian Bay and are sure to leave you in awe.
Bathrooms
Stay refreshed in our 2 clean and functional bathrooms. One bathroom features a shower, toilet and sink, and the other features a bathtub, toilet and sink. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and soap are provided.
*Please note: This unit is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood with a semi private beach shared with the neighbours. It is not suitable for large parties and is ideal for families and couples. Please ensure the volume is always kept at a reasonable level and turned down by 10 pm, specifically if you have music playing outside.

The cottage is directly in front of Grandview Beach where you can enjoy a sandy beach, beautiful water and a children's playground. The cottage is also only a 10 minute walk to Patterson Park which has a picnic area, playground and access to the lake as well. Bring your water toys, water shoes and beach essentials and spend your days feeling like you are vacationing on a tropical island!

Occasionally, the property managers may be on the property for lawn maintenance, and to take the garbage to the curb on Monday evenings.

Nestled in a peaceful and quiet residential/cottage neighbourhood, our cottage provides the perfect retreat for families and couples seeking a relaxing getaway. The neighbourhood is not suited for parties, and we kindly ask our guests to keep the volume to a reasonable level by 10 pm to respect the peace and tranquillity of the area. Enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and make lasting memories with your loved ones.
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Should it be found that there are more than 6 people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.
Absolutely no parties allowed. Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm - 8 am daily.

The cottage operates on a septic system. Please consider the environment and use eco-friendly products as much as possible. The water is potable.
The bbq is propane operated.
Any watercraft on site is to be used at your own discretion. We will not be held liable for any incidents resulting from onsite water equipment use. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of weather conditions, watercraft rules and any local laws associated with the use of the equipment. Please do not jump off the dock, the water is very shallow!
Up to two pets are permitted during your stay. Please ensure that you have added them to the booking and agree to our pet policy.
Our pet policy is as follows:
Pets are NOT permitted on any of the beds. If you do wish to have your pet on the beds then we request that you bring your own bedding (ours are white and we'd like to keep them that way) so that our linens don't get stained or accumulate dog hair.
You must never leave your pets unattended
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside
Any damage caused by your pet will be 100% your responsibility and you will have to cover the cost of any repairs.
Do not allow your pets to excessively bark or disturb the neighbours.
You must clean up after your pet.
