Bluewater is a beautiful two-bedroom apartment with patio and sunny lake-front garden directly on Lake Orta. Sleeps 4 to 6 in two bedrooms, with one bathroom with shower. Master bedroom with double bed. Twin bedroom. Double sofa bed in living room. Accommodation arranged on one floor with all rooms leading off the entrance hall (so no access necessary through living room when in use as bedroom). Large fully equipped kitchen with dining table and seating for 6, floor and wall storage, new electric four burner hob, double sink, oven, microwave oven, full height fridge, and dishwasher. Hallway opens on to patio with separate outside dining table for al fresco dining, all on the level with the lake front garden which has wide unobstructed panoramic views up, down and across the lake (nice view of Ronco and the Island of San Giulio). Boat mooring. Kayaks can be provided at additional cost. Stand-up paddles and motor boats can be hired locally. The apartment is located between Pettenasco and Crabbia. The windows are double glazed, and the apartment slightly below road level facing the lake, so you don't hear the road. A car is necessary for this apartment. Convenient roadside parking bay for 1 or 2 vehicles. Shops, bars and supermarket in Pettenasco (700 metres). Four excellent restaurants within 400 metres walk: Osteria San Martino in Crabbia village, Pizzeria Berimbao, La Sibilla Cusiana, and the Hotel Giardinetto with roof top bar. Visit the beautiful car-free lake-side village of Orta San Giulio (4km). Boat services to the enchanting Island of San Giulio. Miami beach (6km) at the south end of the lake has sunbeds, pedalos, canoes, bar and restaurant.
