Positive: Great location, well equipped kitchen, amazing view considering it is not one of the ocean front units but still provided the experience, has more parking than most units in this area with the ability to back in 3 trucks. An excellent stay for our fishing adventures. We've already booked in for next year.
Negative: Only area for opportunity was that the downstairs bed was a little high for some of the older guests to easily get in and out of. We made do with the use of a small 2-step ladder and had a laugh, but it made it a bit awkward for those guests.
