Summary: This was a good location to use as a base for exploring the Eastern Townships. It was adequate for 2 of us though I wouldn’t have wanted any more people. Kitchen is very small. No availability to use a closet though there were hooks for coats and 4 drawers in bedroom to use. When central vacuum was used in another unit it ran in ours as well. Step up to the front door was high and could be difficult for a person with a hip problem. It could benefit from a small step. There are speed bumps that marked throughout the complex however going into the general area there are raised culverts that are not marked causing our vehicle to bottom out even though we were going slow. It is within walking distance to a beach and a short drive (or longer walk) to Cherry River Marsh. It’s only a couple of kilometres into Magog itself. Despite all these small inconveniences I would not hesitate to recommend this place as long as you don’t expect too much.
