Enjoy the serenity of lake life! This newly constructed home features a large open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area, with wrap around deck and paved fire pit area. The kitchen is fully stocked. The upstairs has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and full attached bathroom. There are two more bedrooms upstairs. Both have queen beds but one is a queen over queen bed, perfect for one family of four, or a few good friends. The upstairs also has 1.5 bathrooms with laundry. All towels and linens are provided. The basement is also open concept with a reading corner, games and puzzle corner, bar and TV areas. The basement bedroom has a queen bed as well as a twin bunk. The basement also has a full bathroom. There are toys for kids and many games for all ages, as well as foosball. There is wi-fi and streaming available on two TV's. There is a canal, perfect for fishing in the summer or skating in the winter.
