The Lake House is centrally located directly on Mona Lake with 2200sq ft of spacious living space. It is a 3 yr new construction with new & modern appliances & fixtures throughout. The Lake House features peaceful & relaxing views of Mona Lake from the numerous lakeside windows. The Lake House has 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is lakeside with patio doors walking out onto a private balcony with beautiful views of Mona Lake. The Master Bedroom is 400sq.ft and has a King sized bed, sitting area with couch & chairs, walk-in closet, wood floors, French Door entrance, and private bath with soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and twin bed. The 3rd bedroom also includes a sitting area with a pullout couch and chairs. The expansive, open floor plan provides space for the whole family. The dining table seats up to 8 people with 4 additional seating at the kitchen island bar. The great room has panoramic windows and patio door, boasting spectacular views of the lake. There is a mudroom and laundry room at the entrance to a 2-car garage. The Lake House has 40sq ft of waterfront on Mona Lake with shallow waters at the shoreline for swimming. There is a dock for fishing or hosting your boat. Mona Lake is a deep water, recreational lake with boating, fishing (bass, walleye, pike, perch), kayaking, & jet skiing galore. At lake's end, there is a channel that connects to Lake Michigan, giving guests access to one of The Great Lake's recreational life. The Lake House is just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, as well as Muskegon's, Grand Haven's, & Spring Lake's city life of boardwalks, restaurants, bars, theaters, & shopping. The ideal location gives you the perfect, natural beauty of Michigan & its lakes, with the fun & activities of urban life. Summer time requires a 7 night stay and a Saturday check in/out date.
