This house is ultra convenient, walkable to numerous coffee shops, restaurants and bars, and easy access to the 5 freeway to quickly get to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Petco Park and more.
Our cozy, thoughtfully-designed house is the perfect weekend and vacation destination for families and groups looking to get together and enjoy the best of San Diego! We can accommodate groups of up to 8 people.
The house is single-level: There are 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, in-home laundry, and much more for your family and friends to enjoy.

Situated on a fantastic Kensington street, our craftsman-style house offers an unbeatable walkable location, near the major freeways, stadiums, and tons to do. It's minutes away from San Diego State University, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Snapdragon Stadium, 10 minutes to Mission Bay and 15 minutes to the airport and downtown. There are great spots for coffee, brunch and lunch within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) nearby like Kensington Cafe, Pappalecco, Tanuki (sushi), Ponce’s (Mexican), Blue Boheme (French) and more!
KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is well-stocked and convenient with a fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.
The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bake ware, can opener, corkscrew, cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, coffee, and plenty of dishes, plates and tableware to accommodate large groups.
Just off the kitchen is a large dining table, with additional seating in the living room.
PARKING:
There's room for two cars in the driveway (plus two 220v outlets for charging electric cars, cables not included)
BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms– 1 bedroom with Cal King Bed, 1 bedroom with Queen bed, 1 bedroom with full-size bed + full-size pull out couch
LIVING ROOM:
Open concept living at its finest! There is plenty of room to lounge and relax in the living room. The living room opens up to the dining area and has plenty of seating for families and groups of friends.
OUTDOORS:
We have a private patio/backyard for you to enjoy, including a table, chairs and gas-BBQ. Fully gated and fenced in, great for pets and kids!
