Maui Vista #1-218 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo on the second floor of Building 1 with Ocean View. The condo has been refreshed with bright modern furnishing. It features air conditioning throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. The condo has been furnished comfortably to accommodate party of 4, with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is big screen TV with Cable, free Wi-Fi, and DVD Player. One air conditioner unit in the bedroom and one in the living room to keep you cool, after a day at the beach or the pool. You have the view of the ocean from the lanai, while enjoying breakfast or morning coffee, or cocktail during sunset. In the kitchen, you can prepare your home cook meals, or picnic lunch and snacks, while exploring beautiful island of Maui.
The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropical landscaped grounds, 3 on-site swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, and 3 gas grills to prepare your favorite grill recipes. Planning a day at the beach? This unit is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. There’s also washer and dryer in the unit for your private use.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area.
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
Pool Policy: access to the community pool.
