Welcome to our Italian dream, an oasis of peace and tranquility. Casa Isabella a beautiful apartment in a lovingly restored 17th century olive farmhouse, nestling among age old olive groves provides magnificent, panoramic views of the Umbrian countryside known as the Green Heart of Italy. Surrounded by medieval fortress towns that are rich in history, art and culture.
Facilities:
This elegantly furnished apartment is situated on the upper level of a converted olive farm house, over looking truly magnificent views that will take your breath away. The living space is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs, large leather sofa, fire place and wood burning stove, TV with Blu-Ray player, safe and unlimited wireless wifi.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is large and airy with a king size bed, side tables with lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom is petite with two twin beds with wardrobes. Both rooms provide stunning views across the valley.
The bathroom comes with a large corner shower, wash basin, toilet and washing machine. Within the apartment is a clothes dryer, hairdryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment has its own large private garden where you can enjoy alfresco dining on a marble top table under an Italian rustic pergola. A perfect place for privacy and sunbathing in the day and great spot to use the apartment's own Cadac gas bbq.
The loggia outside the double doors presents the perfect place to enjoy breakfast with its table and chairs providing a cosy spot to take in the views as the sun rises.
The private complex of six apartments provides access to its own 15 metre roman ended swimming pool. The pool is open and cleaned professionally on a regular basis during the summer months May - September. Casa Isabella provides its guests with 4 sun-beds and parasols.
A bocce court is situated on the lower level south of the swimming pool allowing guests to take part in this classic Italian game.
