NEW TO 2022! This home is a newly remodeled, 2700-sq-ft open-concept stunner, set back from the road and adjacent to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Relax in three separate living spaces, perfect for 1-2 families with kids, or friends traveling together. A modern open-plan kitchen with a Viking stove has everything you need to make family dinners. Hang out by the fire pit in our big, private backyard, or stroll across the bike path into the Indian Lands Conservation Area, with beautiful paths through evergreen groves and picnic tables along the Bass River where you can watch the sunset. Drive less than 10 minutes to either bayside beaches (the famous Corporation Beach, known to be one of the best on the Cape for kids) or the Nantucket Sound. Bike for miles on the CCRT, all the way to the ocean beaches at Wellfleet, or for a shopping excursion to Chatham. One of the best grocery stores on the Cape, Ring Bros., is 3 minutes away.
The Space
Enter into the wood-beamed Great Room, with a cozy couch and Smart TV (equipped with Netflix and Disney+), and an expandable dining table that seats 8-10. Off to one side is a sunroom, which overlooks the backyard and is filled with books and games for families, especially the toddler/preschool set. Up the carpeted stairs is the master suite, with a king bed, a toddler bed/daybed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The open-concept kitchen area has a granite island with pull-up barstools, perfect for gathering around, as well as another dining table that seats 6-8, and a little desk area. That opens to a second living room with a fireplace (currently not in use) and more comfy seating, and a hallway that leads to a high-ceilinged king bedroom, with its own bathroom (this is where you’ll find the full washer/dryer). Up a set of stairs is another bedroom suite with a bunkbed with a twin bed on top and a full bed below, as well as a daybed that pulls out to a king.
Home includes all bed linens and towels.
Please note: no outdoor shower. TV has apps only, not cable. Home just recently changed ownership, so some furnishings may change. Home offers central ac on the main level and primary bedroom, and mini split wall unit in the upstairs bunk bedroom.
