Take a short drive to Anna Maria Island or Siesta Key Beach and enjoy the spectacular and endless sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and enjoy a day with family and friends at the heated community pool. Kids will enjoy the community playground while adults can take advantage of the tennis and basketball courts. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy! If you choose to adventure beyond the community, you will find plenty of nature to explore including Kayak trips, Nature Preserves, and Beaches.
While staying at this home you will enjoy the spacious living space with comfortable furniture for a movie night in. The fully equipped kitchen provides all that you need to enjoy a meal at home at the formal dining table with seating for 6. The Master bedroom suite with King bed and large screen TV also offers a private bathroom with double sink vanity. Enjoy your private sliding door entrance to the outdoor patio from your Master Suite. Guests will also enjoy the Guest Bedrooms (One with two twin beds and the other a Queen) and guest bathroom. The screened patio makes the perfect spot to enjoy a meal outside, or just lounge and read a book while soaking up some Florida sunshine! The lake provides nice scenery to enjoy while watching the ducks swim.
Professionally cleaned and sanitized per CDC guidelines between each guest stay. PLEASE NOTE- For extended stays of 60 days or more we require a mid-stay clean be done by our cleaners. A member of our team will reach out upon your booking to coordinate the fee and scheduling.
