Charming 7-bedroom oceanfront cottage with private beach access located minutes from Coligny beach, Lowcountry Celebration Park, and lots of restaurants, is perfect for a multi-family retreat, including pets! Large screen porch provides 180-degree of the Atlantic Ocean. Two kitchens and separate living areas provide ample space to decompress from fun in the sun!
This original Hilton Head two-story home features two separate entrances into the property, one on the first floor and one on the second. The first floor opens to a newly remodeled, fully equipped, U-shaped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and bar seating for four. Directly next to the kitchen is a small round glass table with seating for four. The open concept floorplan allows views from the front door to the living room. Lots of windows bring in natural light and a sliding glass door that opens to path for your own private beach access!
Two bedrooms are accessible from the first floor living room. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and large windows with views towards the Atlantic. This bedroom uses the full bathroom off the kitchen with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a porcelain tile walk-in shower. This room also has access to a large den with two twin beds, a smaller living space with a lounge chair, couch, and TV, as well as a half bathroom. There is also a spiral staircase connecting the two levels, perfect for the kids to have their own space and still be accessible! The staircase leads to the upstairs king bedroom.
The second floor has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Adjacent the kitchen is the living room with two large couches and a big comfy chair. The dining room offers two dining tables with total seating for eight. Double sliding glass doors in the dining room leading to the fantastic screened-in porch that extends the entire length of the home. The porch features an outdoor table and chairs for four, three chairs, and a hammock for relaxing in the shade.
Master Bedroom has a king bed and shares a bathroom with the Twin bedroom. The other two king bedrooms share a bathroom. The ocean front king bedroom has a spiral staircase to first floor.
