🚭 NO SMOKING – Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violation will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and an additional $1,000 fee for odor removal, which includes an ozone treatment.
🔇 QUIET HOURS – To respect our neighbors, loud music and outdoor gatherings are not allowed after 9 PM. If we receive a noise complaint, you will be given one warning. Continued disturbances will result in a $250 fine and may lead to eviction without a refund.
👥 GUEST COUNT – Kindly provide an accurate guest count when booking. Any unregistered guests will incur a $50 charge per person, per night after 9 PM.
🚫 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – Unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
🐶 PETS – Pets are allowed but must be disclosed at the time of booking or before check-in. A deep cleaning fee (twice the standard rate) applies to maintain an allergen-free space. Failure to notify us about a pet will result in additional fees.

This home uses a SEPTIC SYSTEM — DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING, including TOILET PAPER.
ALL WASTE MUST BE THROWN IN THE TRASH BIN.
PLUMBING IS CHECKED AFTER EVERY STAY.
If flushed materials are found, a $500 FEE WILL APPLY for damage and cleaning.
🗑 TRASH –Dispose of trash properly and use the designated bins. Before check-out, please remove all trash from inside the home. If your stay includes a Sunday, kindly place the bins out for collection on Monday and return them afterward.
- FOOD DISPENSER NOTICE: Guests are NOT allowed to put food down the sinks. Any clogging due to food particles is subject to a $500 fee or more to get it fixed. Please properly throw away trash in the bins. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

For your safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. Do not tamper with or disable them, as this will result in a $500 fine and possible eviction without a refund. This rule also applies to smoke detectors and other safety monitoring devices.
