Enjoy your family vacation in our beautiful, brand new, custom chalet on Frye Island! A one-back located on the east side of Frye Island, our home is a short walk to many of the islands public beaches. Explore the island on our golf cart! The house offers an open living area with windows and french doors that open up to the large deck. The deck offers several sitting chairs, a dining table for six and gas grill ready for cookouts. Enjoy partial seasonal lake views from this charming home and make summer memories that will last a lifetime! Our 1,750 sq. foot home comfortably sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and a loft furnished with 2 beds. The fully-equipped kitchen is beautifully finished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large island with seating for 4. This new home is furnished with brand new, high-quality furniture such as bedding, sectionals, and patio furniture. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Our bathrooms are finished with custom 5-foot showers with benches and rainforest shower heads plus marble vanity tops with raised bowl bases and custom faucets. A large ceiling fan hangs over the cathedral living room. The living room features a 60 inch smart TV with internet and wifi. The master bedroom and a spacious full bathroom are located upstairs. Additional home and rental features: -Enjoy the use of our brand new golf cart for $200 per week -Boat mooring at Long Beach for $200 per week -Laundry room in the basement with brand new appliances -Laminate flooring throughout the home -360 sq. feet of deck in the front of the home -Smoke detectors on every floor per state code -Driveway with parking for up to 6 cars plus boat trailer -Individual thermostats in each room -LED lights and fans in every bedroom -Access from the lot to 15 miles of conservation trails Linens, bath, and beach towels are NOT provided with our rental cottage. Our cottage is located less than a 5 minute walk between 2 of the public beaches. You and your friends or family will enjoy biking on 26 miles of hard-packed dirt roads, hiking through our nature trails, seeing deer, moose, eagles, owls and more. Enjoy boating on 60 miles of water in Maine's cleanest lake, enjoy a boating day-trip through the oldest man operated locks in New England, water ski, tube, paddle board! Island Attractions ----------------------------- Beautiful 9-hole golf course with newly renovated club house and driving range, recreation center for kids, family park, tennis courts, basketball courts, pool, baseball field and so much more. Check out the weekly Frye Island Newsletters (FINS) for family fun activities such as golf tournaments, swimming lessons, ice cream socials, parades, pickleball lessons and tournaments, church service, exercise classes, nightly events at the cafe, special events at the Leisure Lounge and Community Center, concerts and entertainment!
