3 Bedroom Villa in Salina, Jan Thiel

In de populaire wijk Jan Thiel staat onze vrijstaande kidsproof villa met eigen zwembad, terras, tuin en buitenspeelhoek. Centraal gelegen tussen Jan Thiel beach (4 minuten), Mambo Beach (10 minuten) en Willemstad (12 minuten).
De villa (ongeveer 130m2) staat in de moderne woonwijk Damasco (Jan Thiel) en is stijlvol, kleurrijk en boho ingericht. Met een speelhoek binnen, voorleesboeken, spelletjes en een buitenspeelhoek is dit het ideale vakantiehuis voor gezinnen met (jonge) kinderen. Tevens hebben wij twee campingbedjes, tripp trapp stoelen, verschoonkussens, een speelkleed en baby badje klaarstaan.
De villa is vrijstaand in een grote tuin met privé zwembad. Je hebt volledige privacy gedurende je verblijf.
De woonkamer heeft een flatscreen TV met Apple TV (onder andere Netflix en Disney+). Een wireless speaker is beschikbaar als je graag naar je eigen muziek wilt luisteren.
De keuken is voorzien van een vaatwasser, Nesspresso apparaat met melkopschuimer en een grote koelkast met vriezer.
Op het terras hebben we een grote eettafel staan en of kan je plaatsnemen op een van de buitenbanken om bijvoorbeeld te genieten van de bijzondere zonsondergang. Hier staat ook een barbecue waar onze gasten gebruik van kunnen maken.
Het huis heeft drie slaapkamers, allemaal voorzien van een airco. De master bedroom is de grootste slaapkamer. Hier staat een tweepersoons boxspring van 210 cm lang, een ladekast, garderobekast en een werkplek. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden en een garderobekast. De derde slaapkamer heeft een eenpersoonsbed en een garderobekast.
In de tuin is een zwembad aanwezig van 4.5m x 4.5m. Deze is 140cm diep, maar doordat deze wat verhogingen heeft, is het ook voor de allerkleinste een lekkere plek om af te koelen.
Achterin de tuin, naast het washok, bevind zich een speelhoek met een speelhuisje, bouwblokken en klein klimrek op 16m2 kunstgras. Voor de volwassenen ook een plek om te sporten met de beschikbare yogamat en de ‘beastmaker’ gemonteerd aan de wand (plank voor lat-pulleys). Deze plek heeft schaduw tijdens de warme momenten van de dag.
