This charming vintage home is in the perfect location just minutes from downtown Seattle and 2 blocks from the bus stop to downtown Seattle. It is so centrally located it is hard to decide where to go first.

Bedroom #3 - Basement - Queen size bed with a bedside table with lamp, small dresser with drawers, closet with hanging space and hangers
Upstairs kids bedroom/playroom - 2nd Floor - large open area with a bedroom alcove with full size bed (bedside table and lamp) and one twin bed, space with TV with floor seating, and large play area (note: must be able to climb painted, wooden stairs - assistance and supervision required for small children)

Guests staying at all our managed properties receive the following:
- Amenity & Supplies STARTER pack, containing ground coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, scrubber and dishwasher detergent, hand soap at every sink, laundry pods and 3 n1 soap and shampoo in the shower
- Iron, ironing board, and hair dryers in both bathrooms
- All beds are ready made for you with freshly laundered sheets & comforter cover + 4 pillows on every bed

PARKING
One space provided for a small or medium size car or SUV in the driveway. No access to the garage. Large vehicles are required to park on the street to keep the alley open for large City trucks (no restrictions and plenty of availability for street parking)

POLICIES/RULES
*Non smoking and vaping residence (inside home) and No pets. A $250 incremental cleaning fee will be applied for any cleaning services needed to remove residual smoking smell/damage or if pets are discovered PLUS additional costs for any damages caused by the pet.
* No events or parties - If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, the property manager has right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
* This property sleeps 8 people!!! If we determine you have more than 8 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person per night.
* Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home
* Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require that at least one member of the group must be 25 years old
