Our home is in a quiet neighborhood minutes from shopping and Manatee River water front restaurants. The property features an open concept first floor with half bath. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer/dryer and treadmill. The private backyard backs up to trees and nature preserve and includes grill and fire pit. The large community pool is open year round.
Centrally located between St Petersburg and Sarasota. I-75 is a couple of miles away to go explore Florida's beaches.
