Positive: Spacious great location!
Negative: Very difficult to adjust the heat during a very cold time of the year.  The fact that you had to take your garbage and put it in your car and drive it to a dumpster wasn’t a great experience.  After a few days stay, cleaning and leaving the apartment with a load full things from Christmas and children needing to figure out how to put the garbage on the hood of the truck or hold it out of the window to get it to the dumpster was a huge problem if we would’ve left it in the porch, or bagged inside we would’ve been charged a fee to expose of the garbage . This was not a very happy situation.
