Luxury villa by the sea, "Sea Melody", offers accomodation in Podstrana, beautiful little city by the sea, very near SPLIT center and historical Diocletian' s Palace (only 9 km distance). Accommodation is for 12 persons. Just across the road is the SEA and beautiful BEACH, only 100 meters from the villa! There are 3 luxury and full equipped apartments : first on the ground floor, second on the second floor and third on the third floor. All apartments are rented to the same guests, there is no mixing guests who don't know each other. "Sea Melody" villa is unique in that guests really feel at home. With a beautiful beach separated by a road, a wonderful large HEATED pool and a beautiful garden filled with colorful flowers .... and something else ... the best hosts! Guests have access to the entire exterior (pool, garden with fireplace), ground floor apartment, second floor apartment, third floor attic apartment. Guests have their private entrance to the villa as well as the use of private parking. Ana is the manager of the villa and talks to the guests via the Homeaway site about everything they need and makes reservations. Their hosts, Tina and her husband Ivan Baric are also the owners of the villa and they are in the villa. They are available to their guests and ready to help whenever they need it. They also maintain the purity of the pool, the villa's environment, etc. Tina can arrange you daily trips to the islands ( Brač, Hvar, Šolta...), rafting on the river Cetina, visiting Krka national park, and other natural beauty ( Blue Cave, Blue lagune...).
