A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. - Please do not use bath towels to remove makeup, dye, sunscreen, or oil; a replacement fee will be charged for any stains.

- Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
- Maintain silence when entering or exiting the property and/or the building to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

- To preserve the aesthetics of the building, there is a strict rule to NOT hang any clothes, towels or other objects on the terrace, over the balcony railings, or anywhere outside the apartment. Doing so incurs a FINE OF 1,500 PESOS.
