This 1BR, 1BA sleeps 6 and has a Queen bed in the main bedroom and a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The hallway has twin over twin bunkbeds the kids will love! Two (2) tv's, washer & dryer and keyless entry! No stairs to climb after a long day at the beach!
Located on the 1st floor of Grand Caribbean West (which is a 3-story property located in the heart of Crystal Beach). Located steps from the beach, heated pool, hot tub and BBQ grills. This property also has an outdoor shower and picnic tables.
You can also have golf carts and charging stations are located on the breezeway entrances.
You are in the desirable area of Destin/Crystal Beach and close to awesome restaurants, shopping, golf, fishing, surfing, t-shirt shops, go cart tracks and a water park for the kids. Publix, Winn-Dixie and Walmart are close and so is the Destin Common's & Silver Sands Outlets.

Summary: We had a great time during our stay! Communication was excellent. They checked in morning of and asked when we were due to arrive and tried to make sure condo was ready for us a bit early. We stay in this complex every year so we were aware of what to expect. This unit was laid out just as others we stayed in but was not as updated as others in the past. It could use some fresh paint and some updates but was sufficient. It had everything we needed to cook, etc., linens, towels and 2 beach towels. The cleanliness was just a bit lacking, we found trash on the floor from previous guests and there was sand on the floor inside and the patio was covered in sand, perhaps cleaners forgot to adress exterior in their haste to prepare it for us, but that didn't take away from our experience. This is a ground unit so the pool is conveniently located but we didn't utilize it as it was hot and dirty the day we did go over. Its across the street from public beach access but the beach was extremely crowded this year so we traveled to a different beach during our stay. In years past we had private access but i guess that has changed. New this year too was beach service and signs to not bring private shade, etc. I believe it was $50 for two chairs but like i said, we didn't utilize because of the crowding. All in all, its close to shopping and restaurants and a good location but traffic was much higher around complex and late at night than years past. Grounds are maintained nicely
