2 Bedroom Villa in Tres Rios, OJOCHAL Tres Rios

END OF YEAR SPECIAL >> Next Two Reservations Will Be Reduced If you mention this!!!. This Private Tropical Estate Was Designed To Bring The Outdoors In. The 2+-acre mountain jungle property is located near several popular beaches & some of the best restaurants in Costa Rica. Five minutes off the highway with a great ocean view, Infinity pool & some of the nicest sunsets you will always remember. Great place for couples, friends, families (with big/little kids) and small groups. Small wedding can be held here. Remote control gate entry. AC not required due to breeze & elevation of over 600 ft. Two stand-alone bedroom suites are located on each side of the infinity pool. Each suite has two a king size bed and a queen bed with a full bathroom, both are identical and have the same breathtaking views. The main building contains a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dinning room with a large wood table and living room A bathroom with a shower plus a laundry room with washer and dryer completes the facilities in this structure. There is an outside BBQ. Even if there are just two of you, the entire main compound is yours with the owners sometimes living in the caretakers garage apartment isolated in the back side of the property. Rates are shown for four guests (kids 6 and under are free). Discount for one or two guests and slightly higher rates for groups of five to eight. Rates are adjusted before you have to commit. I give discounts to active military (on the right side), teachers, firefighters, police and people living in Costa Rica. My Dominical/Uvita/Ojochal properties have had visitors from every US state except MS and RI so the first ones from those two states also get a discount. All Canadian provinces plus Yukon Territory have been represented but missing the remaining three territories. I am starting on all other countries now so if you are not living in France, Spain, Mexico, Netherlands, Denmark, Vietnam, South Africa, Morocco, Bahamas, Argentina, England, Russia, Italy, Australia, Columbia, New Zealand, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland or United Arab Emirates then you too get a discount. All return guests from any of my 14 properties also do.
