This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is professionally decorated with coastal charm, porcelain tile flooring throughout, craftsman finishes, shiplap walls and a fireplace wall with an electric fireplace. The reverse floor plan with a vaulted living, dining and kitchen area provides an open floor plan great for entertaining and capturing the sweeping ocean and sound views. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is perfect for the family chef or hired personal chef (can be arranged by contacting your host), center island with additional seating and pantry will meet all your dining and entertaining needs. The Primary King suite is located on this floor with a sliding door leading to the expansive deck and an en-suite featuring tiled shower with removable shower head and double bowl marble vanity.
All 4 bedrooms are oceanfront and have sliding glass doors to large decks and private access to the beach. Every guest gets the glorious sunrise, best ocean and beach views and sea breezes. The front porch provides seating and the opportunity to capture the gorgeous sound and intracoastal views and breathtaking sunsets.
The private, oversized sun deck and gazebo built at the dune are the signature crown jewel of this property and provide direct private access to the beach and hot and cold-water foot wash and shower head to rinse off the day’s sand. Guests can enjoy sunbathing, relaxing or entertaining on the large deck or escaping the sun under the covered gazebo and enjoy watching the beach goers or having meals or snacks at the picnic table. The sun deck and gazebo are accessible from all levels of the house.
This home sleeps 16 and has 3 King oceanfront bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and an oceanfront bedroom with 1 single bunk bed, 1 double bunk bed and 1 double trundle and a sleeper sofa in the living room. In addition to the sun deck and gazebo, the decks off the bedrooms, living, and dining room provide a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, loungers, and a swing. Five smart flat-screen TV's, access to guests streaming services and high-speed internet, full-size washer and dryer and an electric fireplace allows guests to enjoy the warmth in the mild winters when surf fishing and dolphin watching can be at its best or without heat for year-round ambiance.
