Mullins bay is a gated community situated on the platinum coast with stunning sea views.
This 2 bed villa which sleeps 4 guests is the closest property to Mullins beach which is just across the road.
2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, big private pool and plunge.
Open plan living room and kitchen on the second floor overlooking the crystal blue Caribbean Sea is the perfect spot for breakfast as the balcony has panoramic views of the sea as well the rooftop terrace with dining area.

Both bedrooms are on the ground floor facing the pool and garden.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with double vanity and shower.
Bedroom two king sized or twin beds overlooking the pool and there is and separate bathroom.
The doors open onto the patio with seating area and sun loungers overlooking the pool, plunge pool and garden.
First floor:
The second floor consists of a spacious open plan living area with flat screen TV, Kitchen, dining and breakfast Island with bathroom. This opens out on the balcony with breath taking views over the famous Mullins Beach.
Rooftop:
The magical roof terrace has a special dining area and inside kitchen perfect for a lovely meal and drinks overlooking the Bajan sunset.

Parking for two cars at the front. At the back of the development there is a gate for easy access to the beach.

All the best restaurants, nightlife and supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive along the coast.
The bus stop is just to the left of the villa opposite Seashed restaurant. The bus takes you to Holetown, Speightstown or Bridgeton.
