Welcome to the Palm and Sage House, your boho oasis destination in Coachella, minutes away from Empire Polo Club, home to Coachella and Stagecoach. You’ll have the whole home to yourself. Take a swim in the pool or relax in the hot tub after a day of golf. Enjoy the game room, or have a glass of wine in the backyard as you gather around the fire pit. You’ll have access to the kitchen, outdoor grill, and are minutes away from local restaurants in Coachella and neighboring Indio and Laquinta.

You’ll have access to the entire home with the exception of the locked owner’s closet and cabinet.

Weekly pool cleaning.
Weekly pest control.
Exterior cameras with audio and video recording present only at doorbell, driveway, and side of house near back entry gate.
In the summer, the pool typically does not need to be heated, as it stays above 90 degrees. October-May, the pool may be heated for $100/day. Spa heating is always complimentary.
Parking available for up to 4 cars. Parties and excessive noise not permitted.
We are a 6 minute drive (2.5 miles) away from Empire Polo Club, where Coachella and Stagecoach are held.
