• The king bedroom has bamboo shades that unroll about 85% of the way down but not
completely to the sill. Other bedrooms have blinds; no curtains are provided.
• Our refrigerator/freezer is available with ice trays and water bottles instead of automatic ice/water dispenser.
• Our home is in the vicinity of Belton High School, and during fall football season, you may hear the announcer during Friday games.
• The living room seating consists of one sleeper sofa. Feel free to move seating from the dining areas to the living room if you have a larger group.
• Please bring your own Pack ‘n Play bedding, as we understand each baby and parent has their own preferences :)

• Guests are invited to enjoy the entire house and the beautiful backyard. While the garage and one hall closet are kept private, you have access to all the other areas to make yourself at home and all amenities, including free laundry, pet items, high-speed WiFi, and fenced yard.
• Free parking is available on the driveway for two-vehicles.
• The outdoor Ring camera is located at the front entry for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.
• The residence is equipped with the AirBnb-approved Minut device, which will send an automatic alert to guests and host at high decibel levels.

• We are happy to host your furry friend(s), subject to prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet deposit to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation before the next guest. Neighborhood rules regulate the number and type of animals, so prior approval of the pets is mandatory.
• Two pets max - dogs/cats only, no more than 2 dogs/2 cats at a time.
• Prohibited dog breeds: pit bull, rottweiler, Doberman pinscher; any purebred/mixed breed combo of any of those breeds
• Pets must be housebroken. Guests must clean up after their pet, both indoors and outdoors. Don’t leave poop in the yard!
• Pets must be up to date on their rabies shots/vaccinations. Pets must wear their rabies tag
• Each guest is responsible and solely liable for the actions and conduct of their pet. Pets must be on a leash at all times while in the neighborhood or kept indoors/within the backyard.
• Barking/howling dogs are not allowed to be left in the backyard.
• All animals must be kennelled when guests are not at home.
• The backyard is fenced; however, there are places where animals can come in/get out. Please be conscious of this if you let your pet off leash in the backyard.
