Positive: The apparent is very clean ,the neighbourhood is quiet and with friendly people. There is amazing park with big lake to go around. you can park your rental car front of the property,nobody boders you.
Negative: Only thinks I didn't like was no washing machine but if you're stay for short periods not a problem if you stay for over week ,you my have to wahs on hand ,or look around if there is any public washing machines.
